There’s all this talk about how today’s youth are becoming increasingly degraded, volatile and uncontrollable because of  the failings of parents, school systems and the government. My solution is give all kids electronic music software or send them all to Sweden; they might just turn out like Jakob Liedholm. This DJ from Helsingborg, Sweden is arguably the most exciting prodigy in electro/house music and he’s only 15. He’s making festival-worthy bangers for fun; tracks that get you hyped and losing your mind in minutes. He cites his influences as Acivii, Alesso, Sebastian Ingrosso and Nicky Romero and their style filters through his work. Hopefully, this wonderkid keeps it up and grows into his own house legacy.

 Damn. This may be the first weekend I will enjoy where it actually feels like Spring (might have something to do with the fact that I live in Edinburgh, the capital of unnatural light); the sun is out and it won’t go away til September. So do yourself a favor and get outside. Spring break, study break or just a break break. Chill out and enjoy the goods of weeks end.
